## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责统筹所支持城市所属区域已运营的“小象超市”站点场址的资产管理工作，包括续约、关店、置换、升级、租金或其他费用的优化等等；
- 处理站点场址的租赁合同在履行过程中发生的履约、纠纷、变更等工作；
- 日常拜访和维护租赁场地租约权属各方的良好关系，建立通畅的沟通渠道；
- 支持与协助运营团队或其他合作团队，出于公司业务提升、或安全合规等等目的，对资产管理提出的有关租赁场地、租赁关系等方面的改善需求；
- 完成上级安排的其他日常工作安排，处理日常文书、书面汇报等工作。

### 岗位基本要求
- 至少3年以上相关工作经验，有连锁零售或连锁餐饮等行业资产管理工作经验，或类似行业地产选址开发工作经验，或商业地产/商超等行业的商业招商工作经验；
- 具备商业场址租赁管理相关法律常识；
- 具备法律知识、文书起草及阅读理解能力；
- 具备商业洽谈、谈判能力；
- 了解零售行业租赁规则、熟悉行业运行机制；
- 健康积极乐观的心态，以客户为中心，积极处理内外部客户的需求，善于协调各方面信息及资源，善于团队合作；
- 善于接受新事物，学习能力强。 项目负责制、能充分发挥个人才华、团队工作氛围融洽
