## Job description
- 制定大区供给侧补贴资源规划框架，基于城市经营阶段、供给结构与商家分层差异化配置资源，建立「预算-分配-监控-复盘」闭环体系，统筹各场景补贴资源规划与使用；
- 与前后线各部门密切合作，协调资源，推动运营项目的顺利实施；
- 深度理解业务目标，围绕业务策略框架梳理指标体系，建立大区资源效率评估标准，持续迭代日/周/月维度监测报告，输出资源分配决策建议；
- 围绕经营专题展开数据分析和问题诊断，输出分析报告和洞察，帮助业务优化迭代；
- 推动数据分析框架、补贴数据分析方法论的AI应用。
- 大学本科及以上学历，销售、市场营销或相关专业优先考虑；
- 具备3年以上销售运营或管理经验，熟悉业务流程和项目管理；
- 具备优秀的逻辑框架和策略拆解能力，对数据和数据呈现有较好的经验心得；
- SQL以及其他数据语言、数据工具娴熟；
- 有数据的AI 应用经验或思考； 5.有业务敏锐度，能够通过数据及业务反馈得到机会洞察。 销售综合运营岗位，可以和前后线各部门紧密沟通链接，并能在个人优势项的基础上，沟通工作分配方向及具体内容
