## Job description
- 负责为酒店民宿业务线产生的用户问题设计服务流程及解决方案，保障用户的服务体验；
- 负责对酒店民宿客服工作系统提出优化方案，提升客服工作效率；
- 负责收集整理用户的痛点问题，推动业务前端优化产品形态、推动供给后台提升供给质量。
- 引入AI工具辅助酒旅服务流程优化，如运用LLM对VOC数据进行智能分类与根因分析，结合AI智能客服能力缩短用户问题解决时长。

### 业务熟悉度
- 熟悉酒店旅行行业的业务形态、用户的下单、履约链路；

### 流程设计能力
- 设计过一条业务线的服务流程，或者业务线关键环节上的服务流程；

### 项目运营能力
- 主持过服务优化相关的项目，具备协调资源、推进落地的基本运营能力；

### 数据分析能力
- 有VOC分析经验、对服务行业通用服务指标（如问题发生率、接通率、问题解决率、服务满意度等）有一定的认知；

### 工作经验
- 5年以上酒旅服务相关工作经验；
- 了解AI智能客服系统运营方法，具备使用ChatGPT/Claude等工具辅助服务SOP设计、流程优化方案撰写的经验。 1.有机会主R复杂业务场景中，跨部门重大项目管理工作； 2.能够纵向了解业务内服务相关的各职能、环节的工作。
