## Job description
- 负责平台骑手侧的管控体系与体验体系建设，提升骑手能力及留存率、降低骑手违规率。
- 制定并迭代骑手行为规范、奖惩机制、分级管理制度，覆盖接单、配送、异常处理、申诉审核等全链路。
- 基于一线反馈、数据分析等，协同产品、研发等多方团队，推动骑手管控及体验问题的识别、归因与闭环改进。
- Own the development of the platform's rider management and experience systems, improving rider capability and retention while reducing rider violation rates.
- Develop and iterate rider codes of conduct, reward and penalty mechanisms, and tiered management systems, covering the full chain of order acceptance, delivery, exception handling, and appeal review.
- Based on frontline feedback and data analysis, collaborate with product, R&D, and other cross-functional teams to drive identification, root-cause analysis, and closed-loop improvement of rider management and experience issues.
- 从问题出发，对场景思考全面，有平衡多目标、多团队的能力
- 能站在用户视角、骑手视角、竞争视角思考问题，理解数据背后的意义，避免纯数字驱动及路径依赖
- 至少5年互联网运营相关经验，有2年以上管理经验，有骑手体验、管控经验或策略运营经验为加分项
- 英语可作为工作语言
- Problem-driven, with comprehensive scenario thinking and the ability to balance multiple objectives, avoiding trade-offs that sacrifice one for another.
- Able to think from the perspectives of users, riders, and competitors, understand the meaning behind the data, and avoid purely data-driven decisions and path dependency.
- At least 5 years of relevant internet operations experience, with 2+ years of management experience. Experience in rider experience, rider management, or strategy operations is a plus.
- English as a working language.
