## Job description
- 负责猫眼平台服务运营体系的搭建与优化，提升用户体验和服务效率。
- 分析用户行为数据，识别服务痛点并对接业务推动产品、技术团队进行改进。
- 制定并执行服务标准流程，确保服务质量和响应时效符合业务目标。
- 协调内外部资源，处理重大客诉及突发事件，保障平台服务稳定性。
- 探索并落地客服大模型在服务场景中的应用，提升自动化服务能力。
- 大学本科及以上学历，具备3年以上服务运营或相关业务运营经验。
- 熟悉互联网平台服务流程，具备较强的数据分析能力和用户洞察力。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和跨团队协作能力，能独立推动项目落地。
- 了解AI及大模型技术，有客服智能化项目经验者优先。
- 能适应一定强度的业务节奏。
- 加入快速发展的大文娱平台，参与核心服务体系建设。
- 与产品、技术、客服等多团队深度协作，提升综合运营能力。
- 提供完善的职业发展路径和培训资源，助力个人成长。
- 参与前沿AI技术在客服领域的应用实践，积累智能化运营经验。
