## Job description
- 开发框架 — CatPaw SDK/CLI 能力建设、Skill/Plugin 体系、开发者体验
- 平台集群 — 基于 OpenClaw 构建 CatClaw 集群，多智能体运行时、路由调度、会话管理、记忆系统
- AI 编排 — 多模型调度、Prompt 工程、Function Calling、上下文管理
- 场景接入 — IM/社交/办公等多端渠道对接、浏览器自动化
- 安全隔离 — 多租户权限控制、数据沙箱
- 精通 TypeScript/Node.js 或 Python
- 重度 AI Coding 用户，日常用 CatPaw/Cursor/CC 写代码（Token 管够，放心用）
- 理解 LLM 应用开发（Prompt、Tool Use、RAG）
- 有平台/框架级系统设计能力

### 自驱，愿意跟 AI 协作而不只是开发 AI 加分
- 有 Agent 平台 / IDE / CLI 工具链开发经验
- 熟悉浏览器自动化（Playwright/CDP）
- 自己搭过 AI 助理并日常使用 1.可以接触到最前沿的AI技术，参与项目的整体设计和开发过程； 2.团队氛围轻松融洽，工作氛围和谐，有机会参与公司内部培训和技术交流。
