## Job description
- 负责供应链计划的制定与优化，确保非商品供应的及时性与准确性。
- 分析进销存数据与库存情况，制定合理的采购计划，降低库存成本并提升周转效率。
- 协同供应商管理团队，优化供应商结构，提升供应链整体响应能力。
- 监控供应链关键指标，识别潜在风险并提出改进方案，持续优化运营流程。
- 支持新业务拓展中的供应链搭建与落地，保障业务顺利推进。
- 大学本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、工商管理等相关专业优先。
- 具备5年以上供应链计划、采购或相关工作经验，有零售或快消行业背景者优先。
- 熟悉供应链计划流程，具备较强的数据分析能力与逻辑思维能力。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够跨部门协作推动项目落地。
- 工作责任心强，具备较强的适应能力与问题解决能力。
- 加入快速发展的新零售平台，参与核心供应链体系建设。
- 与行业优秀团队共事，获得专业能力提升与职业发展空间。
- 扁平化管理，鼓励创新与主动担当的工作氛围。
