## Job description

### 信息收集
- 持续追踪 AI/Agent、大模型、基础架构等技术方向的人才动态、相关公司组织变化及行业技术趋势；

### 岗位寻访
- 通过多渠道（招聘网站、开源社区、技术论坛、会议、猎头等）精准触达高匹配度候选人；

### 面试协同
- 协助技术面试安排、候选人体验跟进、Offer 流程推进。 1.2027届~2029届本科或硕士在读，专业不限； 2.对 AI/Agent、大模型等技术方向有基本认知，能与工程师聊得来；信息检索能力强，擅长从 GitHub、技术社区、论文库等渠道挖人； 3.对技术招聘有热情，好奇心强，做事细心有韧性；
- 每周至少到岗 3天，持续 3 个月以上；
- 会用AI工具进行工作提效，有AI在工作或学习流中的实践。

### 站在技术招聘最前线
- 深度参与美团的高级别技术人才招聘，接触行业头部的 Agent/大模型人才；

### 沉浸式技术氛围
- 与美团内部技术牛人零距离接触，获取一线技术趋势和团队痛点，寻访时能精准匹配候选人的技术诉求；

### 数据与工具支持
- 享用完善的招聘系统、人才库工具和内部推荐网络。
