## Job description
- 负责美团服务零售商家侧经营成长能力的产品建设及落地。
- 研究服务零售不同行业商家运营模式，识别运营工作中高频、高耗时、确定性强的环节，规划Agent介入策略。
- 基于运营实际使用数据和反馈，制定Agent能力迭代优先级。
- 协同其他业务团队设计工具，帮助商家针对性解决问题。
- 做好项目管理，确保项目推进顺利，负责项目过程中的效果分析、策略迭代。
- 具备较强的学习能力，能够快速理解行业与商家经营模式。
- 严谨但不僵化，既保证Agent不出错，也让Agent的能力持续进化
- 有好奇心，能够持续向外学习，了解新技术并能链接应用场景。
- 具备比较强的协同能力。
- 对AI/LLM有好奇心和使用经验，了解Agent的能力边界。 1.参与新范式讨论和设计，快速培养商业思维。 2.互联网下半场增长方向，挑战和机遇并存。
