## Job description

### 客诉归因流程优化
- 深入分析客诉与判责数据，数据驱动逐层下钻定位链路中的高频责任环节与重复性问题，基于共性结论输出归因优化建议，提升判责准确性，沉淀为标准流程。

### 客诉治理落地
- 基于客诉与判责数据设计治理和落责机制，建设监控模型、设定改善目标，推动治理方案刚性落地，并确保治理收益可衡量、可闭环。

### 标准能力建设
- 输出系统产品需求，与物流、服体、产研等多方协作，推动客诉判责与治理规则标准化和线上化建设。

### KPI体系及业务全景建设（长期）
- 协助完善品控管理中心的全景KPI指标体系和业务全景图，推动各模块策略衡量指标的标准化和数据监控能力的系统化建设。 1、3年以上供应链/物流/电商行业经验，对履约链路各环节流程有业务认知，质控/服务体验/客诉运营等相关岗位经验优先； 2、具备扎实的SQL取数与数据清洗能力，能独立完成多表关联查询，基于业务指标现状做链路及各环节的根因下钻，可自闭环完成「分析 → 定位 → 方案」全过程； 3、有客诉归因、判责规则设计或责任方治理相关项目的具体实战经验； 4、具备一定的业务理解与运营属性，逻辑清晰，跨团队沟通推动能力强；
- 自驱力强、学习能力突出，有长期体系化思考与框架构建潜力。 1.
