## Job description

### 搜索体验监控与诊断
- 维护搜索漏斗核心指标，定期输出健康度报告；定位体验劣化环节，归因并推动迭代。

### 策略效果评估
- 配合策略上线，设计评估口径，验证核心指标变化；实验结果下钻，区分正向收益与负向风险。

### AI规模化走查并建立评测体系
- 利用AI工具批量走查搜索badcase，提升走查效率；参与评测体系建设，用AI能力迭代评测方法，降低评测成本。

### 机会发现与跨团队协同
- 基于搜索行为数据与用户反馈，挖掘用户未满足需求，输出机会点优先级；与算法、产品、数据团队协作，将运营发现转化为可执行的优化需求。 1. 3年以上互联网产品运营经验；熟练使用SQL与BI工具；具备A/B实验评估能力；熟悉电商搜索核心指标体系。 2.

### 能力要求

数据敏感度高、逻辑分析强、跨团队推动力好、有用户同理心。 3. 即时零售经验；搜索评测经验；掌握常见AI相关技能。 1.加入成长期的零售业务，参与核心策略能力的建设，深度理解零售行业特性； 2.与团队众多优秀同事共事，在解决高复杂课题的过程中共同成长。
