## Job description
- 负责国际国内头部酒店连锁客户的商务拓展与维护，制定并执行大客户销战略合作策略。
- 深度挖掘客户需求，推动定制化解决方案的落地，提升客户满意度与合作粘性。
- 能够结合AI应用高效整理酒店连锁客户知识库、经营分析、市场洞察、生成解决方案。
- 定期分析市场趋势与竞争对手动态，输出行业洞察报告，优化商务策略。
- 具备良好的项目管理能力，协调内部资源确保项目高效推进与合同顺利签署。 5. 完成公司下达的业绩指标，持续扩大市场份额与收入规模。
- 大学本科及以上学历，市场营销、商务管理或相关专业优先。
- 具备8年以上大客户销售或商务拓展经验，有酒店连锁、OTA等合作背景者优先。
- 出色的沟通谈判能力与跨文化商务交流能力，英语流利。
- 具备较强的数据分析能力与商业敏感度，能够灵活应用AI工具高效工作。
- 工作城市为上海市，能适应高频次出差与高强度工作压力。
- 直接对接国内外知名酒店连锁品牌，积累高端客户资源与行业影响力。
- 提供具有市场竞争力的薪酬体系与完善的职业发展通道。
- 扁平化管理模式，鼓励创新与跨部门协作。
- 定期参与国际行业峰会与培训，提升专业视野与综合能力。
