## Job description

### 产品应用
- 研发搭配出指定课题产品,需要对咖啡、茶饮都有研发经验；

### 原料测试
- 对各类原料有基础了解认知,包括茶叶、咖啡豆、糖浆、果汁果酱、小料、粉体等；

### 产品计划
- 对饮品市场有一定的了解与认知, 每季度需要制作新品提案, 并完成内部消费者测试完成新品任务；

### 其他测试
- 日常包材、设备、食材样品撰写测试报告；

### 培训
- 协助运营、研发制作课件, 并协助培训指导。 1、3年以上制咖啡饮品类研发经验； 2、有大型连锁咖啡厅产品落地及推广经验，能够形成SOP并推广到运营部门； 3、客户导向，理解客户需求、对市场方向敏感； 4、熟悉常用咖啡设备； 5、良好的协作及表达能力。
- 掌握基本的AI工具，使用工具提升工作流程效率 美团作为强大的互联网公司进入现制咖啡行业有非常大的成功机会,并且目前已有近50家门店,具备良好的基础盘与后勤支持,有非常高的机会出圈;
