## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责全国冻水产品类商品的日常采购，完成采购任务；
- 建立对应供应商体系，整合工厂、本地供应商和采购渠道；
- 商品上新与汰换，结合市场行情，完善品类产品结构，优化产品成本，提升产品竞争力；
- 制定采购计划，保障产品及时足量供应、完成商品毛利、销售额和库存指标控制，跨部门联动，达成公司的采购目标；
- 根据商品的特性，制定仓储配的解决方案，降低损耗；
- 根据市场行情，管控进价和售价，并制定商品的促销计划以及品类的销售和利润指标。

### 岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历，至少从事3年从事采购或商品开发工作；
- 熟悉水产供应商资源、厂家资源，具备品类操盘经验；
- 熟悉采购工作流程，对供应商开发、生产工艺、价格谈判、订单管理、客诉处理等具体经验；
- 有较强的数据分析能力，熟练掌握计算机操作；
- 具有良好的人际沟通、团队合作能力，能有效推动工作；
- 工作态度积极，肯吃苦耐劳，诚信可靠。
- 自驱力强，具有较好的学习能力，愿意主动思考AI如何进一步优化工作流程。
