## Job description
- 负责新业务线（非餐品类）的Picker端产品规划、方案设计及交付落地，对分拣作业效率和订单履约成功率负责。
- 围绕Picker的分拣作业链路、缺货换货场景等设计业务流程和产品能力，确保分拣作业的全流程体验优、效率高。
- 对零售交易链路有深入理解，设计与C端、B端、D端多方向的协作流程，持续提升用户交易体验与订单履约效率。
- 能够使用AI工具辅助需求撰写和产品功能交付，提升业产研的协同效率。 【必要条件】 1、3年以上相关产品经验，有零售前置仓领域的站内分拣作业相关产品经验优先。 2、英语口语好，能够深入调研了解业务一线人员的问题，能接受高频出差。 3、有使用AI工具的工作实践，有主动探索AI的学习意愿。 4、有扎实的逻辑思维和结构化表达能力。 【我们最看重的特质】

- 负责非餐品类分拣端产品的0到1建设，直接参与产品全链路设计，发挥空间大。
- 业务发展快，非餐品类在海外市场增长迅速，跟随业务发展的成长天花板高。
