## Job description

### 品类规划
- 从品类结构、价位段、季节性、区域特性、用户需求等多维度搭建商品体系，制定年度/季度商品上新与汰换计划，完成销售额、毛利额等经营目标

### 商品管理
- 确保产品品质与合规性，结合数据制定价格策略，通过精细化库存管理实现动销率与周转目标

### 供应链建设
- 系统性调研市场，筛选并引入优质供货商，完成年度谈判，推进供应链源头化升级

### 数字化经营
- 利用数据分析工具构建品类经营看板，通过销售数据、库存数据驱动选品决策

### 跨部门协同
- 联动运营、仓储、物流等部门，确保全链路顺畅，推动品类规模快速增长
- 本科及以上，5年以上粮油品类采购经验
- 具备扎实的行业认知和供应商资源，能与头部品牌和优质工厂深度对话
- 较强的数据分析能力和市场敏感度，能用数据讲故事并驱动决策
- 熟悉即时零售/新零售平台商品逻辑，有电商采销经验优先
- 具备AI工具使用能力或强烈学习意愿，能利用AI辅助分析、消费者洞察、库存预测等场景，有实践案例者优先

### 自主权高
- 从选品到定价到供应链，全链路参与，是真正意义上的品类owner

### 发展通道宽
- 做好了可以横向拓展品类，纵向发展管理团队
