## Job description

【愿景】 美团数字人直播是本地生活领域最大的数字人直播平台，日播规模已达万级场次、GTV达百亿级规模。智能运营Agent已覆盖百级直播间，累计GTV达亿级规模。团队处于AI与本地生活融合的前沿阵地，致力于通过Agent技术重新定义直播体验。 【你将参与】

### Agent系统架构设计与搭建
- 面向数字人直播场景，设计并搭建端到端的Agent智能体系统架构，涵盖智能选品、动态讲解、场景装修、实时互动等核心能力模块，实现多Agent间的协同调度与决策联动；

### Agent核心算法研发与优化
- 负责Agent在直播场景中的意图理解、任务规划、工具调用、记忆管理等核心算法研发，持续优化Agent的自主决策能力、交互自然度及业务转化率；

### LLM后训练与Agent微调
- 聚焦大模型的指令微调（SFT）、人类反馈强化学习（RLHF/RLVR）等后训练技术，结合Agent场景定制偏好对齐策略，基于Agentic RL提升模型在复杂多轮对话与多步推理任务中的表现；

### Agent效果评估与规模化落地
- 构建面向Agent系统的自动化评测体系，与工程、产品团队紧密协作，将Agent研究成果快速转化为线上直播场景的产品能力，驱动数字人直播从"被动展示"到"主动智能运营"的规模化升级。 【任职资格】 基本要求： 1. 2027届硕士及以上毕业生，计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习、NLP等相关专业； 2. 扎实的深度学习理论基础，精通PyTorch/TensorFlow，有大规模模型训练经验； 3. 具备Agent系统设计经验，熟悉Multi-Agent协同架构、工具调用、任务规划等核心技术； 4. 具备良好的编程能力（C++/Python），ACM/ICPC/NOI等竞赛获奖者优先。

### 加分项
- 在NeurIPS、ICML、ICLR、ACL、EMNLP等顶会发表过论文；
- 有Agent系统或对话系统的实际项目经验，熟悉LangChain/LangGraph等Agent框架；
- 熟悉大模型微调技术（SFT/RLHF/RLVR）及Agentic RL，有相关实践或论文发表者优先；
