## Job description
- 负责骑行S/A项目的推进，包括资源协调、进度跟进、过程监控、风险识别、可视化和数据收集分析等，对项目结果负责，综合提升各方满意度。
- 牵头产研效能度量体系建设，作为中立第三方开展效能度量工作，包括采集试点前基线数据、定义统一口径、跟踪交付周期及AI使用率等关键指标，持续输出效能洞察分析报告，为管理层决策提供数据支撑。
- 负责跨团队范式沉淀，提炼最佳实践和反模式，推动敏捷实践在流程、工程、工具、意识等各层面落地，持续优化工具和度量体系。
- 参与AI变革项目集管理，推动产研端到端协作新范式落地及AI体系治理工作，探索AI Native敏捷模式下的项目管理新方法。
- 推动项目管理数字化建设，将项目管理方法论沉淀为数字化工具和AI Agent能力，提升PMO团队的工作效率和数字化水平。
- 其它跨部门的协作工作。
- 具备至少3年以上重点产研项目管理经验，能够进行多项目并行管理，互联网行业背景优先。
- 对项目管理、敏捷开发、产研度量相关领域知识有深刻理解，能够综合运用相关知识去解决各种复杂问题，并具备良好的相关管理、工具和度量体系搭建能力，不断提升产研效能。
- 有AI Agent建设或数字化转型项目经验者，对于AI产研效能度量有关键认知。
- 优秀的个人沟通和推动能力，能够和不同层级的人灵活沟通，尤其是高层管理人员的沟通，并能够借力拿到结果。
- 勤于思考，能够不断抽象问题、归纳总结，推动相关工作效率不断提升。 美团骑行业务正处于AI Native转型的关键时期，该岗位有很好的机会参与到骑行产研AI变革的全方位建设中去。我们的业务涵盖共享单车、电单车、租车SaaS等多元化业务形态，服务了国内数亿用户的出行需求。在这里，你将深度参与敏捷效能度量体系搭建、AI驱动的项目管理数字化建设，用数据和工具驱动产研效能持续提升。
