## Job description
- 协助中台各部门有效制定品类营销计划并组织实施，调动门店员工挖掘市场商机，促进销售额增长；
- 根据营销计划，制定门店内各品类商品营销动作标准，通过定期巡视、监督，有效管理前线达成相关要求；
- 具备品类经营意识，及时有效反馈各品类现场营销效果并提出针对性改善方案。
- 全国零售线下门店品类运营管理经验，关注熟悉各个品类和季节性的需求；
- 具备经营管理思路和成本运营意识；
- 具备体系搭建能力，可以制定并落实各环节的流程；
- 熟悉大型商超/社区零售等领域的商品运营。 岗位属于创新型项目，未来成长和发展空间广阔。
