## Job description
- 负责到综广告机制算法(混排/拍卖)设计、优化与迭代，提升广告点击率、转化率等核心指标。
- 深入理解业务场景，结合用户行为数据、场景特点与商业目标，构建高效的混排与投放策略。
- 与产品、运营团队协作，推动算法策略在商业化场景中的落地与效果验证。
- 跟踪业界前沿技术，探索深度学习、强化学习、生成式等技术在广告算法中的应用。 1. 硕士研究生及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计等相关专业。 2. 3年以上广告、推荐或搜索算法相关工作经验，具备良好的业务sense。 3. 具备AI应用实战能力、有agent提效/辅助经验、了解大模型、agent相应原理。 4. 具备大规模数据处理能力，熟悉Hadoop、Spark等分布式计算工具。 5. 具备良好的逻辑思维与沟通能力，能够承担大型项目并推动跨团队协作。 6. 具有广告机制设计经验优先（B端出价策略、C端拍卖机制/混排机制设计等）。

- 与行业优秀算法团队共事，技术成长空间大。
