## Job description

### 升级合作商管理模式
- 对合作商经营表现进行追踪分析与专项复盘，设计规划合作商管理模式；运用AI工具与智能分析方法，提升合作商经营诊断的精准度和效率，推动管理决策从经验驱动向数据与智能驱动升级。

### 调控合作商管理政策
- 根据业务发展需求，调控、治理合作商管理政策，精细化管理输出与落地，激发合作商活力；借助AI辅助进行政策效果模拟与预测，快速评估政策调整的影响，优化策略迭代节奏。

### 探研市场与行业动向
- 基于行业与内外部市场研究，高效整合市场信号与竞争动态，为合作商管理体系输出更多高价值信息与策略参考。

### 助力合作商持续发展
- 参与合作商发展相关战略规划与制定，推进与协同相关发展政策落地。 1.3年以上大型互联网公司工作经验。具备商业分析、战略分析、渠道规划等经验优先。 2.具备较强的数据分析、规划分析及业务运营能力，能独立完成数据整理与分析，熟练掌握专业数据提取等常用数据分析软件。 3.具备AI思维与学习能力，对AI在业务管理、渠道运营中的应用场景有基本理解，能够主动探索并落地AI工具在合作商策略制定中的提效方案。 4.具备较强的逻辑思维能力、沟通协调能力及良好的自驱力，能够跨部门协同推动AI相关工具或策略在业务团队中的普及与应用。 1.下沉市场的核心规划部门，涉及商业分析、业务规划及渠道管理多维度，十分锻炼个人顶层设计能力；同时也是AI+商管策略落地的核心试验田，有机会深度参与智能化管理转型。 2.团队工作氛围好，发展空间大；鼓励AI工具创新应用，支持成员在智能运营、数据策略等方向持续成长。
