根据业务发展战略，有效识别业痛点和人才需求，结合AI持续迭代运营人才培养体系； 负责门店标准化课程体系的建设工作，不断打磨提升课程内容质量； 负责内训师团队的筹备、管理与能力提升； 参与支持运营标准体系在全国门店的整体落地，并全面对培训结果负责。 本科以上学历，8年工作经验，搭建过完整营运培训体系 开放、好学、韧性好，有比较强的人际链接，协同他人工作能力强 有门店管理经验者优先，有AI在学习发展中的优秀实践者优先 从0 到1建设培训体系，业务快速发展期，发展空间巨大
