## Job description

负责拼好饭卖场设计，通过卖场设计和商品的呈现，把货架转化为用户可感知的信任表达，让好商品脱颖而出。

### 核心职责
- 负责拼好用户方向卖场设计工作，包括从产品规划及到运营场景落地，对订单规模及用户体验负责。
- 极度关注用户，持续挖掘用户在选品、交易等场景上的痛点，通过产品化手段满足用户诉求，让用户能够便宜、放心、按时吃到外卖。
- 结合用户需求和平台诉求，探索包含流量变现、交易模式等多种形态，实现平台、用户、商家价值的最大化。

### 跨团队协作
- 与算法、品类运营、资源策略等团队协同，推进治理和表达体系从方案到落地的完整链路
- 本科，4年+互联网产品经验
- 有用户侧商品表现力相关设计经验
- 数据驱动，能设计AB实验、建立评估指标体系
- 跨团队协作能力强 可深度参与从卖场治理到表现的全链条，不仅仅是功能设计者，还可以积累平台规则设计经验
