## Job description

### 商业化策略制定
- 统筹整合站内、站外及补贴等资源，制定商业化价格体系与售卖方案，协同商增团队推动方案落地，提升商业化收入。

### 全链路履约管理
- 负责线上线下广告资源的协同落地，建立标准化的运营SOP，确保广告投放效果达成，提升客户满意度。

### AI赋能与数据驱动
- 探索AI工具在方案生成、履约监控、效果复盘等全场景的应用，通过数据分析反哺资源策略迭代，提升人效与投放效果。
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网广告/商业化运营经验，有下沉市场或本地生活服务经验者优先。
- 精通广告资源组合定价与谈判策略，对流量变现逻辑有深刻洞察，具备优秀的商业嗅觉。
- 拥有跨部门沟通能力与项目推动力，能够高效协调多方资源，推动项目落地。
- 熟练运用AI工具提升工作效率，具备良好的数据敏感度，能通过数据挖掘业务增长点。

- 核心业务从0-1，成长空间不设限。
