## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 维护存量客户的客情关系，通过对门店问题的诊断，及时进行沟通反馈，帮助商家在关键数据上进行增长，保证CTR与CVR，对商户ROI负责。
- 对已合作美团的商户但并未合作广告产品的客户进行新签，通过管理商家预算分阶段的计划投放，撬动商家自然流量，保证广告收入。
- 对行业有深刻理解，能够通过数据得出有效结论，在行业的新玩法上有自己的理解，并不断尝试。
- 能够站在城市的视角上通过数据分析和大家进行经验共享和方法论输出，对于商圈、行业健康度提出自己的意见，并按照策略进行业务流程优化，并执行。
- 本科学历及以上学历为佳，大专学历，需一年及以上的销售经验，销冠为佳，或拥有良好销售业绩，有互联网销售经验者优先，高潜应届生同学亦可。
- 聪明伶俐，应变能力强，有明显的晋升想法，有过硬的业务能力。
- 热爱销售，善于挑战，积极乐观，有强烈的成功欲望和正确的企图心；
- 具备较强的市场分析能力，商务谈判能力，人际沟通能力，及逻辑思维能力；
- 适应互联网行业的快速发展，精力充沛，具备出色完成任务的能力。
- 心态乐观、为人正直、自主目标感强；
- 了解市场优先动向熟悉餐饮行业，与餐饮行业老板做朋友广阔人脉资源；
- 一群有理想的同事、业余时间活动丰富。
