## Job description
- 负责仓储物流运营质量的改善和优化工作，确保全国物流运营的高效性和准确性。
- 建立并执行物流运营的标准化流程和操作规范，提升工作效率和质量。
- 负责物流运营数据的监控和分析，发现问题并及时采取措施解决。
- 针对物流运营中的问题和瓶颈，提出改进方案并推动实施，持续提升运营质量。
- 协调和沟通各相关部门，解决物流运营中的协同问题，确保物流流程的顺畅和高效。
- 大学本科及以上学历，物流管理或相关专业优先考虑。
- 至少8年以上物流运营经验，具备丰富的物流专业运营和管理知识。
- 熟悉物流运作流程和操作规范，具备优化物流运营流程的能力。
- 具备良好的数据分析和问题解决能力，能够准确分析问题并提出解决方案。
- 具备良好的沟通和协调能力，能够与各相关部门进行有效沟通和协作。
- 热爱AI，积极探索并应用AI工具提升工作效率与决策质量。 中台团队升级中，有助于能力提升，助力业务拿到结果。
