## Job description
- 深入理解共享出行行业特点和业务运营策略，参与运营体系的搭建、运营、评估及优化；
- 负责电单车的换电策略、电池配比、运力管理、分布式管理等策略制定、落地和复盘，为策略结果负责，不断提升骑行服务体验；
- 通过数据发现业务中存在的问题及提升点，持续优化各模块逻辑，提升运营效率；
- 不断挖掘产品需求，能够跨部门协调并推动规则/标准的线上化；
- 多维分析业务发展的趋势，及时发现存在的问题和机会，进行分析并给出预期诊断，提示可能性风险及策略方法，能够跨部门协调并推动优化项目。
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网工作经验，数学/统计/金融/经济/计算机专业背景优先;
- 具备数据分析能力，能够运用统计学知识、数据分析工具等，深挖运营数据；
- 拥有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，出色的沟通协调能力；
- 有推荐策略、 搜索策略、补贴策略、供需策略、交易策略、策略投放平台等相关经验优先 ；
- 具备AI工具实际应用能力，能将AI融入日常工作流，主动探索AI在本岗位场景中的提效路径，在AI可承接的环节减少人力消耗，将精力聚焦于判断、协同与创造性工作。 1、能够深入参与业务关键环节，直接为业务结果负责。 2、面临复杂问题各类特殊场景
