## Job description

1. 参与美团APP用户体验人因研究项目，通过严谨的实验方法，完成实验方案设计、实验程序开发、数据采集、实验报告和项目汇报，输出科学、客观的体验设计标准，持续迭代设计规范，并推动研究成果在业务侧落地应用； 2. 参与页面复杂度建设，基于桌面研究展开理论梳理，开发并定义新指标和阈值标准，完成规范化数据采集、指标识别和评分卡模型迭代，通过对美团APP页面进行自动化体验监测，输出深度归因结果，辅助产品体验升级和业务决策。
- 人因工程专业或其他相关专业，本科及以上学历；
- 有人因研究实习经历，或参与过流畅度、复杂度等相关人因研究项目者优先；
- 熟练运用AI工具辅助研究工作，如实验程序开发、数据建模分析等；
- 熟练使用眼动、面部表情、脑电、皮电等人因实验仪器；
- 擅长移动应用体验指标的测量和标准制定；
- 学习能力和执行能力强，对人因研究有浓厚兴趣，对体验问题有较高的敏锐度和感知能力；
- 具备严谨、科学的思维能力，有良好的沟通协作能力和跨团队推动力。
