## Job description

1.

### 仓储及配送运营

负责华南、华东等区域3PL服务商及自营仓的仓储及配送环节管理，保障中心仓的正常运营。 2. 3PL服务商管理：负责区域内开搬扩相关工作，保障业务快速发展；对区域内对3PL服务商进行培训赋能不断提升运营质量，降低运营成本。 3.

### 自营仓管理

对区域内自营仓人力、运力进行管控，不断迭代运营流程，降低自营仓运营成本。 4.

### 团队管理

具备较强的领导能力和团队管理能力，能够有效驱动团队达成目标。 5.

### 业务风险管理

负责3PL及自营仓各业务环节风险识别，并有效治理。 1.大学本科及以上学历，物流管理或相关专业背景优先。 2. 7年以上零售物流管理经验。 3.拿结果能力强，能够洞察业务本质，输出可执行落地的物流运营方案。 4.深度掌握物流运营方法论，在仓储运营、配送运营、3PL服务商管理、自营业务管理某一或多个方向具有深度的项目经验。 1.加入高速增长的新零售业务板块，参与核心物流体系建设。 2. 拥有较大的管理权限与资源支持，推动大区物流战略落地。
