## Job description

岗位定位 我们在寻找 AI Builder —— 不是传统产品经理的转型，而是原生于 AI 时代的产品构建者。你将从 0 到 1 定义和落地 AI 驱动的产品能力，用 AI 重新定义内容营销、广告投放、用户增长等核心场景 岗位职责

### AI 产品从 0 到 1 构建
- 独立完成 AI 产品/功能的定义、设计、落地和迭代（AIGC 内容生产、AI 工作流自动化、智能投放等）

### 技术深度参与
- 深度理解大模型能力边界（LLM、多模态、Agent），将技术可能性转化为产品方案

### 业务闭环
- 打通"需求洞察 → 产品设计 → 技术实现 → 效果验证"全链路

### 跨团队协同
- 与算法、工程、运营、业务方紧密配合

### 前沿探索
- 持续跟踪 AI 前沿，主动发现新的产品化机会 必须具备

### 强烈的 Builder 心态
- 喜欢动手做东西，不只是写 PRD
- 优秀的结构化思维和快速学习能力
- 本科及以上学历 加分项
- AI 应用公司工作经验（AI Native 产品、AI SaaS、AIGC 工具等）
- 计算机/AI 相关硕士或博士
- 有独立开发或开源项目经历
- 熟悉 Prompt Engineering、Agent 框架、RAG 等技术实践
- 有内容营销/广告投放/用户增长业务认知 5. 对 AI/LLM/Agent 有深度理解和实操经验（不限产品角色——研发、研究员、创业者均可） 我们不看重
- 传统互联网产品经理的年限和 title
- 是否做过美团相关业务
- 是否有大厂背景 我们提供
