## Job description

### 营销策划
- ① 基于营销节点&品类爆发节奏，整合平台资源及能力，制定节点营销计划；结合AI数据工具辅助洞察品类趋势，提升方案精准度。 ② 基于品牌营销诉求，挖掘品牌营销目标，输出品牌营销玩法，策划品牌营销方案。

### 媒介管理
- ① 对接资源方，引入优势资源，了解资源玩法，适配品牌诉求&营销场景，促进品牌下单。 ② 制定及维护资源刊例&售卖政策、资源介绍、上线测试等。 ③ 与媒介执行配合，保障品牌合作上线、复盘、案例包装；利用效果归因工具辅助复盘分析，沉淀可复用方法论。

### 产品运营
- ① 基于市场变化、品牌诉求，推进品宣广告产品能力&营销玩法的建设，关注智能化投放能力（如智能出价、自动化创意适配等）的落地应用。 ② 配合产品完成能力调研&测试、产品排查、产品优化等。 ③ IP能力建设：了解行业信息、结合平台客户诉求，完成IP建设及优化，如新品首发、会员营销等。
- 本科以上学历，3-5年以上互联网营销/品牌广告运营/品牌策划经验，操盘过爆款案例者优先。
- 具有营销思维，能拆解品牌诉求，将抽象目标转化为可执行的营销方案。
- 数据敏感度高，擅长从数据中发现问题并指导策略调整；熟悉常用数据分析或AI辅助工具者优先。
- 具有良好的沟通协调能力，能统筹多方资源推动项目落地。
- 自驱力强，适应快节奏，对新工具和新玩法有好奇心。 闪购业务发展快，成长空间大，发展机会多； 深度参与营销产品能力建设（含智能化投放方向），站在即时零售品牌营销前沿； 团队氛围好，稳定性强，凝聚力高。
