## Job description
- 通过直面约谈、电话沟通等方式，与酒店商家进行洽谈合作，不断丰富酒店商家供给数量；
- 与酒店商家建立稳定、良好的合作关系，并完成签约、上线、运营等全流程工作，帮助商家提升运营质量；
- 为商家提供综合性解决方案，帮助商家增加收益，帮助消费者有更多更好的住宿选择；
- 有效执行业务计划，主动服务好商家，并协助客服解决客诉；
- 积极参与本岗位各项培训，提升个人专业性，更好地服务客户。
- 优秀的谈判能力和沟通协调能力，能熟练运用常用办公软件；
- 有韧性，执行力强，有高度的责任心和服务意识；
- 善于总结和发现问题，有较强的学习能力；
- 热爱销售工作，有明确的目标感和自我要求；
- 能接受出差，承压能力强。 1、清晰明确的职位发展体系，完善的人才培养体系，助力快速成长； 2、融洽开放的团队氛围，可以尽情畅所欲言。
