## Job description
- 负责运健行业用户和供给管理，包括行业流量运营、商家及供给日常运营，促平台交易转化；
- 协助制定并执行行业运营策略，提升多渠道用户流量、商家活跃度和供给丰富度；
- 深入运健产业链/价值链，探查机会点，并输出产品方案，推动商业化收入达成；
- 与产品、市场、销售等团队协作，推动运营工具及流程的AI优化落地，持续提升工作效率。
- 大学本科及以上学历，具备3年以上产品运营或商家运营相关工作经验。
- 熟悉运健行业者（如运动健身、健康管理等）及AI工具使用者优先。
- 具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用AI分析工具。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，能承受一定工作压力。
- 加入快速发展的运健行业，参与平台生态建设。
- 与行业头部商家深度合作，积累丰富的运营经验。
- 成长空间大，有机会参与核心运动健身AI工具项目。
