## Job description
- 主导运力供给管理系统的全球化架构设计，构建支持多国家政策、动态合规校验、智能排班调度的核心能力；
- 深度理解多区域运力供给差异，与产品团队协同将业务逻辑抽象为可配置化系统规则；
- 设计配送合作商管理工具（如自动化入驻审核、绩效管理系统），提升生态合作伙伴协同效率；
- 从0到1完成运力供给团队搭建；
- 探索AI技术在运力供给场景中的工程应用，借助AI Coding工具提升系统研发效率，推动合规校验、智能排班等模块的智能化演进。
- 具备较好的业务理解力，能够与业务、产品、算法沟通，有主动帮助业务达成目标的精神；
- 在物流/即时配送领域有深厚的积累，在复杂业务系统设计、系统稳定性上有丰富的经验；
- 有良好的沟通能力，工作积极主动、责任心强，极度关注客户；
- 具备创业精神和创业心态，不自设边界，能够快速学习，广泛支撑业务；
- 熟练使用AI辅助编码工具（如GitHub Copilot/Cursor），能将AI工具融入日常开发与系统设计流程；有国际化系统建设经验、有较好的英语水平能够作为工作语言交流者优先。 参与建设并见证业务的高速发展，直接影响业务走向，技术驱动业务进步成就感。 团队积极拥抱AI工作方式，日常研发全面接入AI Coding工具，持续探索AI驱动的全球化运力系统智能化实践。
