## Job description

你将有机会参与到AI for Security、Security for AI的各项前沿建设中，在 AI × Security 方向长期复合型发展：
- 参与构建 Security Agent，基于大模型实现安全告警智能研判、攻击链推理与溯源、代码漏洞检测与自动修复、敏感资产识别检测分析、检测规则生成与优化，探索 AI for Security 的下一代产品形态。
- 参与面向办公网反入侵、反爬风控、数据安全等丰富安全场景，对账号、终端、资产、网络行为和攻击路径进行威胁建模，基于流量、终端及认证日志，研发异常检测、攻击识别、实体关联、攻击链还原和风险评分算法，推动算法在真实攻防场景中落地。 3.参与研究代码语义表示、程序分析、图表示学习（Code Graph）、代码检索等前沿技术，跟踪最新 AI 技术，持续探索在软件安全与数据智能领域的应用。 4. 参与安全领域大模型的适配与训练，包括高质量安全数据构建、SFT/LoRA 微调、强化学习、Prompt 优化、模型评测，持续提升安全防护的智能化水平。 1. 2027届本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、信息安全、网络安全、软件工程、自然语言处理等相关专业。 2. 具备扎实的机器学习/深度学习基础，熟悉分类、聚类、异常检测、序列建模、图神经网络等方法。
- 熟练使用 Python，熟悉 PyTorch、Transformers 等主流深度学习框架。
- 了解大语言模型训练与推理机制，熟悉或实践过 SFT、LoRA、DPO、RLHF、RAG、Prompt Engineering 中的一项或多项。
- 对 AI Agent 方向有兴趣，了解工具调用、多步推理、任务规划、记忆管理等基本概念。
- 具备安全攻防的基础认知，了解常见入侵手法、攻击链及检测思路，能将安全问题抽象为算法问题。
- 具备良好的工程能力和沟通协作能力，能根据数据与业务反馈持续优化模型效果。 加分项
- 做过 LLM Agent、RAG、模型微调、异常检测、代码分析、日志分析、威胁建模等项目。
- 熟悉 LangChain、LlamaIndex、OpenAI Agents SDK、MCP 等 Agent 框架或协议。
- 了解代码大模型（CodeLLaMA/DeepSeek-Coder等）或程序分析工具（CodeQL/Semgrep 等）。
- 有 CTF比赛、漏洞研究、攻防演练实战、安全实习等安全领域经历。
- 有算法竞赛获奖（ACM/Kaggle等）、顶会论文发表、开源项目或技术分享经历。 岗位亮点
