## Job description
- 负责统筹Keemart门店的资产运营管理，包括续约、关店、置换、升级、租金或其他费用的优化等。
- 处理站点场址的租赁合同在履行过程中发生的履约、纠纷、变更等工作。
- 支持运营、工程、财务团队提出的有关租赁场地、租赁关系等方面的改善需求 。
- 本科以上学历，具备资产管理或相关领域相关经验
- 健康积极乐观的心态，积极处理内外部客户的需求，善于团队合作具备良好的沟通协调能力和项目管理能力。
- 英语沟通能力良好者优先考虑。 1. 参与公司核心业务拓展，直接影响区域市场布局与增长。 2. 提供国际化工作平台与职业发展通道，助力个人能力提升。
