## Job description
- 支持Keeta业务国内外的招聘工作；

### 招聘全流程安排
- 岗位需求对齐、招聘渠道维护、简历寻访开源、面试协调安排等；

### 招聘项目支持
- 招聘基本功建设项目、面试体验项目等；

### 招聘运营工作
- 招聘数据统计及分析，从数据变化诊断招聘问题，并完善改进。
- 对互联网HR工作有热情，英语可以作为工作语言；
- 熟练使用办公软件，具有一定的数据分析能力；
- 具备主人翁意识，对所负责的工作有闭环思维，事事有交代；
- 具备沟通协调能力，细致耐心，不屈不挠；
- 每周出勤5天，至少保证实习3个月，6个月更佳。
- 优质的办公环境；
- 超nice的工作伙伴，Mentor带教；
- 先进的行业资讯，支持互联网出海业务，提供广阔的成长空间与提升发展的机会；
- 互联网大厂实习生证明；
- 日薪200-220元/天，晚餐餐补，不定期水果/零食/饮料。
