## Job description
- 负责酒店业务流量策略的整体规划与设计，提升流量转化效率与用户预订体验。
- 构建并优化供需匹配机制，通过数据驱动实现酒店供给与用户需求的精准对接。
- 带领近10人团队推进策略落地，协调产品、算法、运营等多方资源，确保目标达成。
- 深入分析用户行为与市场趋势，持续迭代策略模型，提升平台整体收益与竞争力。
- 大学本科及以上学历，5年以上产品或策略相关工作经验，有酒店、OTA或生活服务类平台背景优先。
- 具备扎实的策略设计能力，熟悉流量分发逻辑与供需匹配机制，有成功项目落地经验。
- 具备优秀的团队管理能力，能够有效激励团队并推动跨部门协作。
- 数据敏感度高，熟练使用SQL、Python等分析工具，具备较强的逻辑思维与问题解决能力。
- 主导核心业务策略，直接推动平台流量增长与商业价值提升。
- 深度参与行业前沿供需匹配机制创新，积累高壁垒专业能力。
- 与资深团队共同探索酒店业务增长新路径，获得战略级项目经验。
