## Job description
- 监督抽查店内现场及联营商商品品质，对店内进销存链路管控，做到日管控、周排查、月调度；
- 现场内部检查问题、顾客不良体验以及外部反馈问题改善跟进；
- 门店内食安sop培训及考核跟进；
- 政府/区域食安对接、职业打假、三方对接、客服支持、跨部门沟通协调；
- 各种专项季节商品、重要节日等门店侧联动/检查与改善等；
- 门店现场实验室检测，结果公示等。
- 本科及以上学历，食品、化学、生物等相关专业。具备至少5年以上卖场商品品质管理、商品质量管理、供应商/供应链管理能力；
- 熟悉商品品质管理的各项工作和标准，了解制造业及零售企业中在品质管理体系的建立和运行；
- 具备良好的沟通协作能力和团队管理能力，能够有效推动团队成员的工作及拿到结果；
- 具备较强的韧性和应变能力，持续保持良好的工作状态；
- 掌握基本的AI工具，使用工具提升工作流程效率。 作为店内品控标准专家，将有机会参与公司品控体系的建设和优化，对公司产品质量起到关键作用。
