## Job description
- 负责美团平台在当地市场酒店第三方渠道的对接和运营；
- 通过市场数据、行业案例和调研走访梳理出业务开展形态与结果间的逻辑关系；
- 结合平台战略、战区策略以及现状制定发展目标和落地阶段策略；执行平台、战区战略或策略意图，主动对标策略落地实施步骤，及时反馈市场动向、产品问题、用户需求并向战区提供策略制定的参考意见、依据和建议；
- 围绕目标和落地策略盘点整合内外部资源；
- 在业务推进过程中聚焦业务痛点和市场增长点，向上推动系统和资源建设，向下梳理优化流程和业务战术；
- 赋能商家，通过复盘、分享、业务培训渠道运营能力，积累沉淀下来一套可复制的业务流程规范。
- 具有良好沟通和协调能力，特别是在与渠道代理商的商务谈判方面，可以完成新签商家并且拿回酒店资源上线；
- 擅长挖掘市场信息与主动探索陌生市场资源，对业务整体协调及把控能力强；
- 具有行业敏锐性和学习能力，能对业务实时动态及时把握，过往从事过多种行业且均拿到不错结果。
- 具有良好的数据分析能力、项目复盘能力、逻辑思考能力。 深入了解酒店渠道供应链行业采购，从采购到销售一体的闭环体系，帮助伙伴在垂直业务上更深入的闭环，并通过sop的梳理系统化的形成作战方法论。
