## Job description

### 负责 AI 产品的全栈研发
- 完成前端交互、后端服务、数据存储及部署运维，推进产品从原型验证到生产上线。

### 设计并落地 AI Agent 系统
- 围绕业务场景实现工具调用、任务编排、上下文管理、知识检索及多系统集成。

### 保障系统质量
- 建设 Agent 评测、运行监控和问题分析能力，持续优化任务成功率、响应速度、稳定性与成本。

### 独立负责复杂项目
- 完成需求拆解、技术选型、架构设计和关键模块开发，识别风险并推动跨团队协作，对交付质量和业务效果负责。

### 推动团队工程能力提升
- 通过代码评审、技术分享和研发规范建设，提高团队开发效率，并指导其他工程师成长。
- 计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，通常具备 5 年及以上研发经验；能力突出者可适当放宽。
- 具备扎实的计算机基础和工程能力，熟悉网络、数据库、缓存及常见系统设计方法，能够定位并解决性能与稳定性问题。
- 具备完整的全栈项目经验，熟练掌握 React、Vue 等至少一种前端框架，以及 Python、Java、Go、Node.js 等至少一种后端技术栈。
- 具备大模型应用或 AI Agent 的实际开发经验，理解工具调用、结构化输出、RAG、上下文管理等核心机制，能够分析并处理模型输出的不确定性。
- 具备生产系统设计与交付经验，能够合理处理权限控制、异常恢复、可观测性及数据安全等问题。
- 能够在需求存在不确定性的情况下，主动澄清问题、确定优先级并推进落地；具备良好的产品意识和沟通协作能力。
- 能够说明自己主导项目中的关键技术决策、取舍依据及实际效果，具备独立承担核心模块或项目技术负责人的能力。
- 有 AI Agent 产品从 0 到 1 上线并持续迭代的经验，能够提供真实用户反馈或效果数据。
- 有复杂工具集成、浏览器自动化、代码执行沙箱或长任务执行系统的建设经验。
- 有 Agent 评测体系、执行链路追踪、失败分析及成本优化经验。
- 有多租户 SaaS、企业级权限体系或高可用系统建设经验。
- 有高质量开源项目、技术文章，或可演示的 AI 产品作品。
