## Job description
- 支持业务营销中心媒介策略制定及执行管理。
- 管理及带领外部资源采买公司团队、公司采购团队共同理解营销目标，根据营销目标制定媒介目标，并根据媒介目标、消费者洞察进行媒介策略输出。
- 对具体媒介渠道资源进行详细梳理及分析，包括但不限于电视、户外、数字媒体、内容合作等。
- 对媒介目标负责，对各媒介渠道执行进行动态监测管理、动态调整、确保优质执行。
- 复盘策略及执行，并对后续策略及执行有输出和优化迭代。
- 甲方市场部或者4A媒介管理及执行经验3年以上。
- 有丰富的媒介策略及执行经验(电视、户外、数字、内容合作等渠道)，具有大型复杂品牌媒介项目操盘经验优先。
- 具有策略思考能力、问题处理能力、主动学习能力。
- 有良好的团队合作精神和协调沟通能力。
- 对数字敏感、对于问题善于深挖、对执行结果及数据有整合归纳分析的能力。
- 接触美团多种业务，有机会参与不同业务、不同发展阶段的品牌心智建设工作。
- 体验运用数据、消费者洞察、创意制作、品牌策略生产等品牌营销各环节，与团队一起探索更新、更卓越的品牌营销方法论及实战。
- 开放、直接的工作氛围，以逻辑和事实说话，以业务视角思考自身工作。
- 与消费者洞察、创意生产、品牌策略、产品运营等多元化背景的团队一起工作，共融共创、不断进步。
