## Job description

1）负责平台商家运营，了解服饰&快消行业品牌商家的运营和供给特点，针对性制定商家增长策略，对商家规模性指标负责； 2）负责类目商家的招商入驻及管理。梳理并优化商圈品类结构，发掘供给缺失，丰富供给类型，打造稳定的类目爆品，和分层供给梯队，对商品效率负责； 3）为不同类型商家制定差异化策略。运营AI工具分析并帮助商家制定供给和经营策略，沉淀不同层级的策略打法； 4）管理并优化商家服务指标，提升商家的活跃度和经营能力，为用户体验负责； 5）了解公司组织架构，掌握系统工具，协调资源，推进跨部门协同合作； 1）良好商业意识及团队合作精神，具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力、协作能力和高效执行力，充分以结果为导向； 2）3年以上电商平台或品牌电商运营经验，了解生态型商家的供给方式和运营特点； 3）较强的逻辑思维和数据分析能力，了解AI辅助商家运营工具的基本应用，能够熟练掌握office办公软件；

- 平台化运营体系从0搭建，业务增长空间大，潜力增速可观；
- 平台资源和电商策略的学习资源丰厚；
