## Job description
- 负责Agent原生产品的用户增长体系搭建，从用户获取、激活、留存到传播，设计并落地完整的增长飞轮，对核心增长指标（DAU、留存率、用户活跃度）负责
- 定义并验证产品的核心价值传递路径，找到产品关键的"Aha Moment"，明确用户在最短路径内感知产品差异化价值的关键节点，推动产品侧配合优化
- 设计并执行增长实验，建立"假设-验证-迭代"的增长实验机制，用数据驱动决策，快速淘汰无效动作，放大有效杠杆
- 探索AI Agent社区的创新获客模式，AI原生产品作为全新品类，没有现成教科书，需要创造性地定义渠道策略、内容策略和病毒传播机制
- 搭建社区运营体系，负责种子用户运营、内容生态建设、KOL/KOC培育，构建社区的自生长能力和内容供给机制
- 跨团队协同推动增长落地，与产品、技术、设计团队深度协作，将增长策略转化为产品功能和技术方案，推动端到端落地 1、3-5年互联网产品增长/用户运营经验（特别优秀者不限年限），至少主导过1个产品从冷启动到规模化增长的完整周期 2、对AI产品（尤其是AI Agent、AI应用、AI社区）有深刻理解，不是"听过"，而是"用过、拆过、想过" 3、具备扎实的数据分析能力，能用数据发现问题、验证假设、指导决策，熟练使用主流数据分析工具 4、有打破常规的勇气和能力，需要的不是执行"行业最佳实践"的人，而是能创造新实践的人 5、优秀的跨团队沟通协作能力，能推动产品和技术团队配合增长目标 6、本科及以上学历
- 定义一个全新品类，AI for Agent产品全球刚起步，你做的事可能成为行业标杆，而不是做微调优化
- 美团的资源 + 创业的速度，大平台的资源支持与小团队的决策效率兼具，不内卷、不内耗
- 直接向产品负责人汇报，扁平汇报结构，你的判断和声音直接影响产品方向
- 站在AI浪潮的最前沿，不是"用AI优化旧业务"，而是在AI原生场景里探索未来
