## Job description
- 负责制定并优化公司供应链战略，确保供应链高效、稳定运行。
- 管理采购、仓储、物流等环节，控制成本并提升运营效率。
- 带领3-8人团队，推动跨部门协作，保障商品供应及时准确。
- 建立并维护供应商关系，进行供应商评估与绩效管理。
- 监控供应链风险，制定应急预案，确保业务连续性。
- 大学本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流、采购等相关专业优先。
- 具备5年以上供应链或采购管理经验，有团队管理经验者优先。
- 熟悉供应链全流程管理，具备较强的数据分析与问题解决能力。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和项目管理能力。
- 工作城市为北京市，能适应快节奏工作环境。
- 参与公司核心业务运营，发挥关键战略作用。
- 提供广阔的职业发展平台与晋升空间。
- 团队氛围积极，注重员工成长与能力提升。
- 具备竞争力的薪酬福利与完善的培训体系。
- 工作地点位于北京核心区域，交通便利。
