## Job description
- 深度研究行业，对不同战场、不同供给类型制定供给标准，建设和完善输入输出指标体系。
- 通过一系列精细化的运营方式实现供给竞争力提升，引导强化用户购票心智。 2.站在景区品类视角，挖掘应季品类、热点品类的增长机会，通过建立与营销场的合作机制，整合营销资源，助力业务拿到好货，搞试点并推广； 1.3年以上供给商家及供给运营相关工作经验； 2.理解行业特征，理解用户和商家需求，熟悉互联网行业商家运营模式，具备较强的商业敏感度和创新意识。
- 具备项目规划能力和较强的数据分析能力，能够根据业务发展需求充分协调各类资源配置；
- 具备良好的项目管理能力和沟通协调能力；
- 负责整体基础供给的标准化和供给竞争力提升，工作复杂度和模糊度高，具备挑战性。
- 供给运营核心岗位，能够深入了解业务核心策略。
- 拥有全局视野和行业化认知，提升业务理解深度和广度，快速成长。
