## Job description
- 负责排产、出勤计划执行，加工进度管控，业务数据指标统计分析；
- 负责加工过程中人员组台、品类拆分、加工数据分析、异常协调等；
- 负责商品品质提升和工艺改善；
- 保证部门各项指标达成（人效、品质、库存、产成率等）；
- 负责数据运营和现场的管理和流程改善。

### 背景
- 有数据分析、数据运营相关工作经验，有生鲜加工和物流仓储经验优先；

### 专业技能
- 熟练使用办公软件，有POWER BI、VBA、SQL经验优先；

### 综合
- 逻辑清晰、责任心强、较好沟通能力、有项目管理相关经验优先。 1、公司业务快速发展，个人发展和成长空间大； 2、平台学习资源多样，个人学习提升机会多。
