## Job description
- 负责目标品类的商品规划、选品策略制定及商品生命周期管理，结合市场趋势与用户需求进行前瞻性布局。
- 主导采购计划与供应商谈判，优化供应链成本结构，确保商品质量与交付时效。
- 协同运营、营销团队制定商品推广策略，提升品类销售转化与用户复购率。
- 分析销售数据与库存周转情况，动态调整采购与补货策略，降低滞销风险。
- 管理品类买手团队，明确分工与目标，提升团队专业能力与执行效率。
- 大学本科及以上学历，5年以上商品管理、采购或买手相关工作经验。
- 具备敏锐的市场洞察力与数据分析能力，熟悉品类运营逻辑与供应链管理流程。
- 拥有较强的商务谈判能力与供应商资源，能独立推动跨部门协作项目。
- 具备团队管理经验，善于沟通与激励，推动团队达成业务目标。
- 工作城市需为上海市、深圳市或杭州市，能适应快节奏电商或零售环境。
- 参与核心品类战略决策，直接影响公司业务增长方向。
- 拥有完善的供应链资源与平台支持，助力专业能力持续提升。
- 扁平化管理机制，提供快速晋升通道与多元化发展机会。
- 团队氛围开放协作，鼓励创新与数据驱动的业务实践。
