## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 大学专科及以上学历，物流、食品类或相关专业背景优先。
- 至少5年以上生产管理经验，具备丰富的生产操作经验和团队管理经验。
- 熟悉生产的各项流程和操作规范，对制造行业有深入理解。
- 具备良好的团队管理和协调能力，能够有效带领团队完成工作目标。
- 具备较强的沟通能力和协调能力，能够与其他部门进行有效的合作和协调。

### 具备较强的问题解决能力和应变能力，能够灵活应对各种突发情况 岗位基本要求
- PC日常加工计划的制定以及执行；
- PC加工流程、标准化的达成；
- 员工管理及技能培训；

### 协助负责人改善运作成本和运作质量岗位基本要求
- 1.具备食品工厂管理工作5年以上的优先； 2.具备精益生产能力者优先；
