## Job description

聚焦零售行业政策环境变化与行业发展趋势，开展前瞻性政策研究，为业务战略决策提供研究支撑与政策解读。
- 结合零售行业趋势与政策方向，每季度策划1-2个重点课题，独立完成深度研究报告，输出政策解读、趋势研判与策略建议；
- 组织行业专家研讨与课题论证，整合多方观点形成研究共识，产出可支撑业务决策的研究成果；
- 持续跟踪零售领域政策动态与走向，建立政策解读与分析框架，定期输出动态简报；
- 与行业智库、研究机构、学术组织建立研究合作关系，拓展研究信息来源与专家网络。
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，公共政策、政治学、经济学、法学等相关专业优先。
- 具备5年以上政策研究或公共事务相关工作经验，有政府、智库或大型企业背景者优先。
- 熟悉国家宏观政策体系，具备较强的政策分析与文字表达能力。
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力与跨部门协作经验，能独立推动项目落地。
- 工作严谨细致，具备较强的系统思考能力。
- 深度参与公司战略级政策议题，直接影响企业长期发展方向。
- 与高层管理者及外部权威机构高频互动，拓展专业视野与人脉资源。
- 提供系统化的政策研究培训与职业发展支持。
